Starting with 2,000 square feet of raw loft space, the goal was to create a light filled live/work space for a young textile designer. Large sliding doors, louverd walls, and translucent glass panels come together to create two bedrooms, a textile studio and living spaces flooded with natural light. The soft color palette and minimal interior furnishings helped focus the homeowner on the textures, materials and finishes that were carefully selected to bring warmth and depth to the space.
